Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser for Large Store Relief to build displays and replenish shelves while maintaining product integrity. You will work with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute store-level merchandising plans and ensure equipment care.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and write in English. A high school diploma or GED (or related experience) is acceptable; a CDL tuition program is offered for qualified

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and maintain CDL safety policy compliance
• Read, write and speak English
• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience
• Able to work a flexible or rotating schedule
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Safe operation of equipment and PPE adherence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical duties

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets and keep coolers clean
• Maintain product integrity and organize backstock and breakage
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
