Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser for Large Store Relief to build displays, replenish shelves, and maintain equipment. You will rotate products, ensure product integrity, and support store-level merchandising initiatives.

Qualified candidates should be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), and possess reliable transportation. A flexible schedule and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required and must comply with fleet policy.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible or rotating schedule preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves.
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets and displays.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers per company standards.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats.
• Partner with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and service.
