Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, seeks a Recreation Supervisor to lead our dynamic recreation team and craft engaging programs for guests. You will plan activities from sports to arts and crafts and ensure a fun, memorable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within recreation or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative mindset with ability to design engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational programs and activities.
• Lead the recreation department to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee sports, games, arts and crafts, and other activities.
• Engage guests and team members with high energy and enthusiasm.
