Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year receiving/warehouse/inventory/freight experience
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, or shipping/receiving
• Comfortable using computers, scan guns, and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Able to follow procedures, identify discrepancies, and meet productivity expectations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and process purchase orders according to SOPs
• Use scan guns and computer systems to document receipts and inventory
• Identify and communicate PO, DC, and vendor discrepancies
• Maintain accurate receiving records and research negative on-hand inventory
• Verify merchandise pricing, labels, and security tags as required
• Unload, sort, organize, and distribute freight throughout the store
• Replenish merchandise and assist with floor inventory during high-demand periods
• Process store-to-store transfers, shipping, and UPS shipments accurately
• Follow apparel receiving and merchandising procedures, including tagging and stock levels
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scan guns, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Participate in cross-training and support other store departments
