Qualifications

Experience in real estate lead management or inside sales is preferred.
Proven ability to qualify and convert inbound/outbound leads.
Excellent communication and empathy when speaking with homeowners.
Strong organizational skills and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification: make outbound calls to inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations with homeowners.
CRM & Data Management: log calls, texts, emails, notes, and dispositions; maintain clean lead statuses.
Follow-Up & Conversion: execute multi-touch follow-up sequences; re-engage cold/warm leads; hand off qualified leads to Acquisitions with notes.
Tools & Technology: use Salesforce and related tracking/automation tools to monitor metrics and maintain lead integrity.
