Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or similar sales environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent client service skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct CMA analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect market reality.
• Present, market, and promote residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
