Blake’s Lotaburger in Rio Rancho, NM is hiring Crew Members to deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience across multiple stations, from cashier to grill and prep. You’ll join a family-owned brand with 70+ years of history and a focus on teamwork, passion, and process.

Join our team to develop leadership skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and help maintain clean, safe dining areas while serving our authentic New Mexico cuisine.

Competenze

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ideal candidates have experience in a quick service restaurant, but it’s not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance must be professional, neat, clean and well-groomed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must become Food Handler Certified within 30 days of employment.

• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the restaurant clean and safe.

• Operate the POS system and assist with drive-thru, cashier, and kitchen duties.
