Job summary

FAH LLC is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Castle Rock, CO. You will greet customers, assess service needs, document concerns, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities include writing service tickets, offering maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidance, and keeping customers informed on progress and costs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs in the Quick Lane
• Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate directly with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly
• Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area
