Job summary

FAH LLC is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our automotive team in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role focuses on greeting customers, assessing service needs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service.

You will document concerns, recommend maintenance per vehicle condition, and provide clear estimates while maintaining a professional service drive area and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs in the Quick Lane.
• Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately.
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate directly with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work.
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area.
