Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive profitability, and manage staff in Astor, FL. The RM has full responsibility for people, operations, and financial metrics, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, health and safety compliance, cash and inventory controls, and implementing brand campaigns. Open availability and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records.
