Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant in Saint Charles, MO. You will be accountable for achieving sales and profits while delivering exceptional Guest and Team service.

You will manage P&L, staffing, training, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to drive operations in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Food Safety certification preferred.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire candidates for open roles.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed and guest satisfaction is high.
• Train team members and managers on operations and guest service.
• Provide coaching and feedback on performance.
• Maintain safe, clean, and enjoyable restaurant environment.
