Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations, coaching General Managers to elevate operations and profitability. The role focuses on rapid coaching, maintaining brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel between sites, review performance, implement corrective actions, and mentor a team to develop future leaders while upholding food safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience within QSR
• Background leading high-volume quick-service restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, labor management, and operational performance
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers while building future leaders
• Maintain operational consistency, food safety, compliance, and brand standards
• Conduct restaurant visits, evaluate performance, and implement improvement plans
• Experience developing internal talent and promoting from within
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
• Current food safety certification and valid driver's license
• Energetic, adaptable leadership style with a strong presence in the field

Responsibilities

• Develop General Managers and build future leaders across multiple locations
• Coach and mentor GM teams to improve ops, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Lead initiatives to increase revenue and control operating costs
• Ensure P&L, labor, and performance metrics are managed consistently
• Oversee adherence to food safety, brand standards, and compliance
• Conduct in-person visits and implement improvement plans across restaurants
