Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a District Manager of QSR Operations to lead 3–5 locations with GM reports. This is a hands-on role requiring drive-through expertise and a proactive coaching leadership style.

You will work closely with store teams to ensure operational excellence across multiple sites. Role emphasizes day schedules from 8a-8p or 11a-11p, with Fri/Sat/Sun and holiday availability.

District Manager of QSR Operations

Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this.

You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.

District Manager Compensation

• Competitive base salary up to 90 base.
