Harmony Health and Rehab in Fitzgerald, GA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, assist residents with mobility, and document progress.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA licensure/certification is required.
• CPR certification is required or obtained upon hire.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist, including exercises and mobility tasks.
• Assist residents to improve strength, range of motion, and endurance.
• Monitor and document treatments and progress per standards.
• Communicate with supervising PT about status and adjustments.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise and safety.
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory requirements.
