Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will support residents in rebuilding mobility, strength, and independence while documenting progress and adhering to care plans.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Georgia is required.
• Certificate from an accredited PTA program.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
