Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility care. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore function.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you join a nationwide team that emphasizes patient-centered care, growth opportunities, and a supportive mentorship program with CEUs and visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in PT; or
• Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Out-of-US PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy as part of the care team.
• Promote independence and functional improvement.
• Collaborate with peers and other clinicians to optimize outcomes.

Education

Physical Therapy license (state)

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as US equivalent
