You will liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities, track milestones and budgets, and help deliver high-quality developments on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of property development projects in Queenstown.

• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor site activities and report progress and issues.
• Process invoices and other administrative tasks.
