Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in Marketing or related field, or 2+ years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with follow-through, customer service, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong grammar and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, themes, and menus for promotions and events to drive attendance and revenue.
• Create promotional fact sheets, budget proposals, and promotional rules.
• Assist on direct marketing projects: scheduling, production, proofing, and execution to meet timelines.
• Serve as lead liaison between marketing and external vendors.
• Coordinate booking and scheduling of casino entertainment and local acts.
