Job summary

Federal Heath in Racine, WI, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Racine Petroleum Services (RSC) department. The PM will manage orders, analyze surveys, and coordinate with field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will handle purchasing, invoicing, and change orders while maintaining close client communication. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience required.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create orders and process design and estimating requests.
• Review site surveys and code checks.
• Populate estimate worksheets and customer proposals.
• Coordinate material deliveries and track shipments.
• Create and manage change orders and tracking of job costs.
• Process A/P invoices and customer invoicing.
• Communicate with field supervisors and installers.
• Maintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets.
• Review and approve job completion photos.
