Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director, Project & Development Services in Los Angeles to lead design, planning, and construction for client projects. You will drive budgets, schedules, and vendor management while expanding business opportunities and maintaining CW PDS reputation.

The role requires a strong background in architecture/engineering/construction management, 12+ years of related experience with 2+ years in management, and exceptional client relations and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification preferred. Twelve+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure delivery of project management services and goals.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Oversee due diligence, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement, schedules, and vendor selection.
• Lead project teams across multiple sites and disciplines.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships.
• Supervise PDS staff and ensure adherence to policies and processes.
