Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project phase.
• Coordinate project reports and drawings during design and construction.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams; monitor costs and changes.
• Review requisitions and invoices; discuss costs with clients.
• Support marketing efforts and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with building staff to meet quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Report major issues to management with actionable recommendations.
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and building safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of performance and seek ongoing skill improvement.
