Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support project setup, management, and closeout across regional offices and job sites. You will ensure compliance with safety plans, review contracts, and assist with procurement and submittals.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to track progress and manage budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to diagnose and process key information to protect profitability.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup, management, and closeout from regional office or jobsite.
• Understand and comply with safety plans and company policies.
• Review contract language, scope, and provisions with the team.
• Assist with buyout and procurement of materials and quotes.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Visit job sites and participate in meetings as required.
• Track weekly productions and report progress.
• Prepare billings and approve invoices; manage budgets.
• Coordinate warranties and closeout activities.
