Job summary

sstjobs is seeking an experienced Doors & Hardware Project Manager to oversee installation and maintenance of commercial doors, hardware, and aluminum storefront systems. The role focuses on planning, execution, and successful completion of customer projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, develop detailed plans, manage scope and budgets, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred in the industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, Division 8/10, or aluminum storefront.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks to resources and maintain quality control.
• Attend site meetings and perform routine inspections for safety and quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Close out projects with complete documentation.
