Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager with setup, management, and closeout of projects at the regional office or jobsite, planning, scheduling, and executing project activities throughout each phase to completion.

The role involves contract review, procurement, RFIs, submittals, site visits, cost tracking, and ensuring projects meet schedule and budget. Local candidates preferred; not remote. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup, management, and closeout.
• Review contracts, scope, and special provisions.
• Assist with buyout, procurement, quotes, and RFIs.
• Prepare submittals, shop drawings, and reports.
• Visit job sites and support meetings; track costs and schedule.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and closeout.
