Job summary

Terracon is looking for a proactive team member in Beaumont, Texas, to provide project delivery support. The role includes assisting project managers, managing document control processes, and providing vital updates to project teams. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, with a preference for those holding an associate or bachelor's degree.

Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT is preferred. This position requires excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
• Experience with project management systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist project/program manager with resource management.
• Provide document control for projects per established processes.
• Partner with financial analysts/ accountants for invoicing tasks.
