• High volume phone calls and emails to secure bid commitments from subcontractors.
• Prepare preconstruction project set-up for bid solicitations.
• Order and review plans and bid documents.
• Sub-contractor prequalification.
• Maintain/update preconstruction templates.
• Manage subcontractor ratings and bid results.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
