• Creates and maintains an active classroom management plan.

• Maintains a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Assists in TS Gold Assessment and other technology used to support instruction.
• Leads a team atmosphere with the Teacher Assistant and program staff.
• Decides on developmentally appropriate methods and materials for diverse learners.
