Job summary

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Lead Pre‑K Teacher to guide a developmentally appropriate classroom.

You will create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with children and families. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or higher, have at least 1 year of licensed childcare classroom experience, and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Infant experience is a plus (for infant classrooms).
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Communicate with families using our parent app.
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development.
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness.
• Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership.
