Job summary

Empowered Pilates is hiring certified Pilates Instructors for its Queen Creek studios (including Eastmark). Instructors may teach at one location or across multiple Empowered Pilates sites based on availability and studio needs.

The ideal candidate is positive, enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about helping others live their best lives through health and fitness. Candidates should be able to teach dynamic, contemporary Pilates routines using equipment like Reformers, Exo Chairs, TRX, and

Qualifications

Must hold current Pilates certification (full apparatus) with 500+ hours experience or equivalent is a plus.
Experience teaching group classes and providing clear, effective group instruction.
Energetic, positive, inclusive and motivational teaching style.
Able to deliver classes safely to clients of all levels and adapt to studio needs.

Responsibilities

Lead Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
Provide safe and effective workouts for up to 12 clients per class using Reformer, Exo-Chair, TRX and more.
Create engaging, level-appropriate class flows.
Uphold a positive studio culture and assist with member check-ins and sales as needed.
Conduct private and semi-private sessions and participate in events to promote the studio.
