Life Time is seeking an Events Coordinator in Northbrook, IL to provide logistics and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, plus adult programming such as Squash and Pickleball. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of event coordination experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
