Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an accredited PTA program.
• 2 years PTA experience required.
• CPR certification.
• PTA license or credential as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate of Care collaboration with patient and healthcare team.
• Report patient progress and assist with therapy plan of care.
• Supervise Rehab Techs as needed.
• Provide physical therapy per state standards and use assistive devices as appropriate.
