You will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists, ensuring quality treatment and excellent functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant with supervision under a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans based on the PT's guidance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality treatment and excellent functional outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and implement physical therapy programs with the supervising PT.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and record responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the PT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
