Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, document patient responses, communicate with the PT and rehab staff, and help operate standard therapy equipment to ensure safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following individualized Plans of Care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
