Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Enhance Rehabilitation PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and participate in a growing team.

You will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists, supporting quality treatment and positive functional outcomes across diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide care that supports quality treatment and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
