Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will help ensure quality treatment and collaborate with therapists and facility staff to support excellent functional outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Ensure patients receive quality treatment and monitor progress.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs with the guidance of a PT.
• Assist patients with all phases of therapy and techniques.
• Document patient conditions and responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintain communication with the Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
