Job summary

Three Crosses Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role involves administering therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities, while documenting progress and adjusting plans to maximize patient independence.

Ideal candidates will hold an accredited PTA degree, be licensed/registered per state requirements, and have at least 6 months of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• We require a PTA license/registration per state regulations.
• Certification in BLS is required.
• At least 6 months of PTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises physical therapy treatments as directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships with patients and documents progress.
• Assesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient response.
• Schedule re-evaluations and manage patient care charges.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
