Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and help implement individualized plans of care, contributing to meaningful functional outcomes for patients.

You will assist in all phases of therapy, document patient responses after each visit, communicate with the therapist and rehab director, and operate standard PT equipment in our facility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) candidate required.
• Experience assisting therapists and implementing treatment programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
