Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and accurate evaluations.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluate new patients and develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Treat patients and educate them on injuries, progress and expected outcomes.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants where applicable.
• Re-evaluate progress and adjust plans of care as needed.
• Complete timely documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and progress notes.
