Job summary

Concentra in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. You will align with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.

You will perform patient evaluations, design treatment programs, document care, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Strong communication and teamwork with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluate physical problems.
• Document patient care and maintain records according to policy.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Plan, implement, and interpret physical therapy treatment programs.
• Educate patients on care and exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance processes.
