Job summary

Concentra in Baltimore, MD seeks a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. You will align with the Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment programs, document care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care while upholding regulatory standards and center policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredit. Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredit. Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
• Core Competencies: Service, Detail, Urgency, Initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate with other departments and medical staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Maintain QA policies and compliance with regs.
• Educate patients on therapies and exercises.
• Assist with center tours and marketing activities.
• Protect center assets and ensure safety.
