Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist in Windsor, CT to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services within our center.

You will evaluate muscle, skeletal and neurological issues, plan and implement therapy programs, and work closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

• Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care through evaluation and treatment of physical problems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment and maintain clear documentation of patient care.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs for recovery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies and quality assurance processes.
