Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services to patients, including evaluation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and maintain precise documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, with preferred Master’s in PT and outpatient orthopedic experience, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualificações

• Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (BPT).
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI handling knowledge and compliance.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to adhere to safety, compliance and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
