Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services to disabled, injured, and diseased patients within our centers. You will align with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine rehabilitation philosophy, ensuring adherence to related policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Concentra Core Competencies: Service Mindset, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA and PHI compliant information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, and neurological issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with medical staff and patients to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
