Job summary

Concentra, Inc in New Haven, CT seeks a Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. The role delivers rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients, following our occupational medicine philosophy and center policies.

You will work with physicians and staff to provide high-quality care, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing professional development. Base compensation includes bonus potential within the state range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care, including evaluation of physical problems.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for cohesive treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance policies.
