Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida to provide direct rehab services for patients under physician referral. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active state license in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow established physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Assess and modify goals to be measurable and timely.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and rehab staff.
• Document patient progress in therapy records.
• Use therapy software accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient and facility safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Uphold Life Care’s Code of Conduct and policies.
