Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, assess patient needs, and create individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, pain management, and quality of life.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to support recovery, document progress, and stay current with advancing PT techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological or geriatric physical therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
