Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Longmont, CO seeks a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled physical therapy services and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This contract, in-office position requires patient evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans.

You will screen, evaluate, treat patients, document services, and update plans of care while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs as permitted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
