Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Freehold, NJ, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT-Rehab) for an in-office contract role. You will provide skilled PT services, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.

The incumbent will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, document services accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
