Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in an in-office Rehab setting in Saco, Maine. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, document services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
