Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license or ability to obtain license.
• Strong communication, documentation and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update plans of care and discharge criteria.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
